ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility is to sell; to network and develop solid relationships in the A/E/C industry and to establish the name of Atlas in the forefront of the minds of potential

Leverages existing engagements to spawn new business in on-going profitable revenue growth for

Builds, monitors and maintains sales pipeline activities to pursue

Plans, manages and supervises proposal efforts in concert with the operations team

Keeps abreast of the construction industry and business challenges and leverages this knowledge to focus on direct sales activities.

Make cold calls as necessary or assigned, and report on progress as

Travel throughout the marketing territory to call on existing and potential customers to communicate AELs service capabilities to generate proposals and

Meet with two to three new potential clients in the construction industry per week. This could include public and private owners/developers, architects, engineers, contractors, construction managers or others associated with current or future

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing or engineering with industry-specific experience highly preferred.

Proven sales track record and relationships to enable revenue growth

Bachelors Degree Marketing or Business or Construction

Proven expertise and prior experience with clients & business development

Motivated self-starter with good follow through during the entire sales

Excellent organizational and overall communication

Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks; possesses well defined time management

Team player with the ability to work with the internal partners and service groups within the
